Mildmay Uganda is one of the biggest HIV care treatment providers in central Uganda.
This Charity supports over 100,000 of the most vulnerable and hard to reach people living with and affected by HIV and other related health issues. This includes children and their families, orphans and other vulnerable groups.
Mildmay Uganda trains many ordinary people to provide basic health care and social support for people living with HIV in their communities. This enables those in the remotest regions to receive the care they need. Their education programmes include the training of community healthcare workers (local village health teams & mother mentors) and senior government officials. Mildmay Uganda continues to respond to new and often complex and rapidly changing needs.
